Research the Rerum Novarum. Quadragesimo anno. Why do you think the red states and the communist flag are both red?

That is the dumbest title. They can violate the 5th amendment, but some new act will stop it? Seriously? Where do you think the power to create acts come from? That's right, that very constitution they can violate! If they can violate the supreme law what makes you think any lower law beneath the supreme law will stop it? LOL

And if it violates the 5th amendment then no new act is needed to stop it. The supreme law already stops it.

People need to stop the insanity and start suing the individuals personal for breach of fiduciary duty. When they act outside the scope of their delegated authority they lose any immunity and they act in their own private capacity. Their job description does not give authority to violate rights. That means when they misapply the laws they are personally liable.

Start flooding the courts with lawsuits against the individual only and leave the government or its agency out of it. Then they will also have to pay for their own private attorneys because government cannot represent them when they act outside their scope of office and authority.

When these individuals start getting sued they will stop their theft trying to hide behind their office.
